Qualifications for we're looking for the Project Manager role:

• Proven success as a Project Manager on complex projects in the IT space
• Liaise between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams
• Recommend and implement processes to increase team efficiencies and streamline processes and tools.
• Design, organize, and administer document/information for the project to enable easy and just-in-time access (SharePoint, MS-Teams, project management tools, etc.)
• Collaborate and proactively monitor project workstreams and dive into deliverables, risks, and timelines.
• Draft and produce project communications, including reports and presentations.
• Organize and support key project meetings and create and circulate agendas.
• Document, assign, and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on actions.
• Manage daily execution and administration of discrete program elements and create project plans to achieve competing objectives.
• Monitor team rosters and expenses.
• Remain current on technical and professional information.
