Sr. Project Manager RAQA Global

Primary Function of Position :

Position Overview: The Global Business Process Sr. Manager will report to the global Vice President Regulatory Affairs and Commercial RAQA or one of his LT member and will look to drive, with other senior managers will help the management of critical initiatives across the teams and increase process efficiencies or LRM3 or OGST needs.  Additionally, this role will govern other strategic initiatives, monitor and identify operational efficiency metrics / develop improvements or sustaining programs, CIP/WIN goals, and ensure effective communication across the organization.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and excellent relationship skills.

Essential Job Duties

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Partner with the global VP of Regulatory assurance and commercial RAQA and executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic plan.
    • Monitor progress and problem solve for strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the RAQA LT or SVP RAQA ELT.
    • Identify opportunities for process simplification and synergies and improvement within the organization.
  • Operational Management:
    • Establish, control, and monitor strategic plans, and CIP / WIN goals
    • Develop KPI with the regulatory ops team and track the outcomes of these metrics or KPI
    • Evaluate, implement and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between the Global RA and RAQA commercial team and other senior management, and other staff members to ensure progress of actions and tracking of action plan.
    • Managing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the global regulatory teams, regional regulatory or commercial teams or organization through the coordination and facilitation of all employee meetings; site townhalls, and ….
    • Prepare and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Global VP of regulatory Affairs and Commercial RAQA.
  • Project Management:
    • Steer and manage special projects helping critical and strategic RA initiatives..
    • Oversee and govern projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on-budget.
    • Track project performance and report on progress to global stakeholders.
    • Create efficiencies in processes related to our organization and oversea outcomes / improvements such as decreasing volume of submission or market expansion issues
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Act as a central contact or escalation point for issues impacting the RA organization and drive problem resolution
    • Mentor and help the professional development of team members.
    • Represent the RA VP and/or Leadership team both internally or externally in cross-functional meetings, forums, or other settings as needed
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading by example, demonstrating the organization’s values and culture.

:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive role. Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or similar position is highly desirable.
