Digital Retailing and Tools Sr. Program Specialist – West Coast Account

The Sr. Program Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Digital Retailing and Tools (Chat, Trade, Social and Reputation Management) Programs for one of Shift Digital’s clients, managed out of the Laguna Beach, CA office. This person will work to service the client in terms of project management, reporting requests, data analysis, dealer adoption, and supporting opportunities to optimize the success of dealer’s DRS and tools performance. The Sr. Program Specialist will maintain the roadmap and project plans, support client's requirements gathering, ad-hoc reporting requests and new feature/functionality development for their assigned projects and programs.
The Sr. Program Specialist will serve as a liaison between the client, internal teams within Shift Digital (field consultants, dealer support, technology) and external vendors to ensure the best possible value is delivered to the client. He or she will also be responsible for monthly reporting tasks pertaining to program KPIs, dealer billing process, and program P&L.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the DR and Tools programs with client satisfaction and program profitability top of mind

Support projects from beginning to final delivery to client across all lines of business within the program

Provide direction to internal Shift Digital teams (field consultants, delivery, and dealer support) based on client needs

Manage project scope and client expectations and develop contingency plans with the support of the Director

Manage project status including milestone tracking, budget, allocation, and open issues with the support of the Director

Proactively support QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client

Provide in-depth analytical analysis of performance of products and services using tools provided

Work effectively within the team to prioritize client requests and product requirements including current customer/prospect needs and long-term product roadmap needs

Manage requirement gathering, project plans, project development and delivery of new features or functions with the support of the Director

Support the roll out of opportunities for growth and/or new programs

Manage dealer billing, effectively coordinating with billing teams, external vendor teams, dealer support, and dealers.

Effectively contribute to regular status meetings with client on relevant program topics, including day-to-day tactics and longer-term objectives

Project management skills necessary to manage various and numerous projects while tracking progress against KPIs and time to completion
- Strong understanding of dealer website tools, such as digital retailing, with demonstrated experience

Understanding of the digital space, associated analytics, and delivery of technology solutions

Comfortable speaking with/in front of dealers, clients and Regional Reps

3 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Automotive experience is preferred

Some of these factors include, but are not limited to: skillset, location, years of experience, licenses, certifications, and business/organizational needs. The following compensation range is specific to New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington residents only. While we do provide an estimated salary range, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top range for their role. A reasonable estimate for this role is: $65,000 - $80,000.
