For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, remotely from the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple or enterprise-scale projects, ensuring successful implementation in alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with project teams, business owners, and sponsors to manage resources, assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, track project progress, and ensure the timely achievement of project milestones, all while maintaining focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the execution of multiple programs, ensuring they meet objectives and are aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define success metrics and oversee the implementation of programs.
- Perform quality audits and support clinical quality leadership in planning and managing operational activities.
- Ensure HEDIS specifications are followed, and manage the HEDIS record review process, including tracking and reporting on performance.
- Identify and address issues that may impact program objectives, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree, if required) and 5+ years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HEDIS specifications, clinical quality improvement operations, and healthcare payer environments is highly preferred.
- Experience in program management, including vendor relationship management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
