The Office of the CRO team
Within the Office of the CRO, our mission is to take Okta from $2B to $5B. We are responsible for defining, championing, and landing our GTM strategy – in partnership with our Go-To-Market, Product, Operations, and Executive teams. The Sr. Program Manager, Office of the CRO opportunity
Reporting to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the CRO,, the Sr. Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting key projects and initiatives within the CRO org. This person will work across the Field and key cross-functional teams on initiatives that drive growth for Okta’s GTM.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
