Role Overview:
The Coupang Catalog Team is responsible for hosting billions of products in Coupang’s catalog and the dynamic processing of hundreds of millions of updates to provide the source of truth that powers the online buying experience for millions of customers. We strive to deliver a world-class platform for our customers to find and discover complete, accurate and trustworthy product information without friction and at the lowest price. We continually invest in the latest technologies to ensure the scalability, precision and reliability at scale of these critical systems.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Catalog listing audit efforts across the business. This role is a high-impact role that contributes directly to improving the overall quality of the catalog, which has a direct impact on our customers, both sellers, and buyers. This role is also expected to be a people leader, managing a team of auditors and ensuring the quality, trustworthiness, and safety of our catalog listings.
Key Responsibilities:

Catalog Audits: Conduct daily reviews and audits of the customer experience related to catalog listings to ensure consistency and quality.

Defect Identification: Proactively identify potential defects related to catalog merging, grouping, listing quality, trust, and safety.

Defect Routing: Ensure that identified defects are promptly routed to the appropriate teams for immediate triage, in-depth root cause analysis, and timely resolution.

Reporting: Regularly report on the status, insights, and progress of identified and resolved defects, providing meaningful analytics and actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with various teams across the business to address concerns, provide feedback, and ensure that the necessary changes are implemented effectively.

Managerial responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Catalog Audit Operations Specialists with respect to project assignment and quality management.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance the audit process and overall listing quality, always aiming for excellence.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years experience in program, project or product management.

Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce, or a similar domain.

Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and software.
