ABOUT THE ROLE   
The Senior Program Manager on this team will support an enterprise client’s transfer pricing group.     
The Transfer Pricing team deals with all aspects of the company's global inter-company arrangements. This includes developing, executing and maintaining the company’s inter-company transfer pricing policies, assisting with tax audits and APA’s, collecting and gathering data & information, preparing/reviewing transfer pricing documentation reports, analyzing business and planning strategies, M&A integration, and managing & working with outside advisers.   
This role will be directly liaising with various business teams within the company and with other members of the global tax department, and will requires excellent stakeholder management skills, someone who can work autonomously to build and optimize on new process improvement, can take ownership of a project, and make appropriate recommendations to leadership.   
Responsibilities   
  • Work directly with various business teams within the company and with other members of the global tax department to gain input, track down requirements and needs, and follow through on cross-team initiatives  
  • Build out new processes from the ground, including working to automate and improve on existing processes
  • Communicate progress, status, and summarized updates to internal and external audiences.  
  • Daily meeting management and update of progress
  • Support Project Managers in updating information once completed
  • Confirm updated budget totals are accurate across all financial report.
  • Provide data as requested to support larger pricing teams
  • Ad hoc reports
  • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues and if occasionally required support in the following tasks:
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and team events to support the team
  • Take and distribute meeting notes and organize follow up items, actions and sessions
Basic Qualifications:   
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Remote, but must work PST hours
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management or finance PM role 
  • 5+ years of experience working with enterprise companies
  • 3+ years of Transfer pricing experience
  • Extremely strong stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter and can work autonomously, a self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with a solution driven mindset
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
  • Detail-oriented individual who is self-motivated and takes ownership of project
  • Hard working, quick learner with a positive ''can do'' attitude and solid professionalism
  • Work effectively in a team environment and partner well with people at all levels within an organization
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, informal, often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment
  • Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with ambiguity, change in business requirements and self-prioritize under pressure
  • Intermediate to Advanced MSFT Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Spanish is a nice to have plus (working directly with LATAM stakeholders)
SALARY AND BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS     
 
We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us.  
The beginning salary range for this role is $115,000 to $140,000.
As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000.
