You will have the opportunity to optimize transaction routing and leverage AI and ML to develop innovative solutions. This role will allow you to collaborate with various teams, drive efficiency, and enhance the overall payment experience while continuously learning and growing in the field
What will I be doing?
- Defining the strategy and roadmap for the routing team, focusing on selecting the best provider to route transactions.
- Developing and implementing AI and ML-based solutions to optimize transaction routing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy routing solutions.
- Developing and implementing internal tools for our routing solutions.
- Analyzing and using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve routing strategies.
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and payment technologies.
- Ensuring that routing solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Working closely with other product teams to ensure that routing solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Leading discovery sessions with business teams to identify new opportunities.
- Leading the design of solutions, working with business teams to bring the details down to earth.
What skills do I need?
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, and payments.
- Good understanding of AI and ML technologies and their applications in transaction routing.
- Experience in the payments ecosystem is essential.
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
- Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations.
- Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to tackle different challenges.
