We are seeking an IT NPI Product Manager for our Network Security product line who will play a key role in the successful launch of new cybersecurity products by managing and overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from start to finish. Reporting to the Senior Director of IT NPI, this individual will collaborate closely with Product Line Leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that new products are introduced efficiently and effectively. The role involves managing product intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and coordination of IT systems integration, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Order Management & Fulfillment, Licensing, and Product Activation. The NPI Product Manager will drive process improvements and ensure that new products meet market needs and organizational goals.

This team provides the behind-the-scenes support for our products by being a source of information for our systems engineers, staying on top of the environment we sell in, and helping to implement technical solutions based on our client’s feedback and needs. As threats and technology evolve, we stay ahead to accomplish our mission.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $141000 - $229000/YR.
