Our Senior Product Manager - Integrated Workflows (f/m/d) is a high-impact role in which you'll work closely with different stakeholders, engineers, designers and users.

You'll be working with Andreas Jacob, our VP of Product.

What you’ll do as our Senior Product Manager - Integrated Workflows (f/m/d):

1. Drive the product team towards success

  • Take over the product ownership for a part of our platform, focussing particularly on integrations with HR Systems, ERP / Accounting / Payments Solutions, Contract Lifecycle Management Platforms, SSO Providers
  • Shape your product's roadmap based on our product vision in close collaboration with leadership and the rest of the product team
  • Generate and validate ideas and work closely with your team to figure out the details in an iterative process and assure a successful roll-out
  • Manage the product backlog and make sure we are always working on the right things
  • Work hand in hand with designers, developers and data scientists to ship kick-ass features
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, provide transparency and orchestrate product-related decision-making processes among them
  • Facilitate a productive working model and agile development process for the team together with the engineering counterparts
  • Work with the rest of the product team on platform-wide initiatives and features
  • Foster a culture of transparency and communication and challenge others while letting them challenge you to deliver the best results possible

2. Be the go-to person for your product team at Sastrify

  • Collaborate with Sales on how the functionality can be presented in the sales process
  • Inform and educate your colleagues in Customer Success on all ongoing and upcoming changes to your product part
  • Report on your dedicated product area metrics
  • Share your insights from interviews, data and user recording openly

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has many years of experience with building B2B SaaS product, owning the product (part) End-to-End
  • Has a track-record of delivering technical integrations between SaaS products
  • Loves to start early in the product development life cycle
  • Displays strong ownership and accountability
  • Fully embraces change - as both product and company will scale and change
  • Understands the need for compromise in a startup – not afraid of deploying a first version and then iterating, and easily apply the 80/20 rule
  • Is a team player - wants to work in a cross-functional product team
  • Has outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
  • Is striving, when working remotely (we don't have an office)
  • Is located within EMEA (GMT±2) timezone
  • Experience within e-commerce/marketplace is an advantage
