Recursion is at the forefront of reimagining drug discovery through the integration of automated cell biology, high-dimensional and diverse data sets, and sophisticated analytics. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the team building the Recursion OS. As a product manager, you will help define and guide the strategy for the development of the world’s leading tech-enabled drug discovery platform. In particular, you will be the product manager on our scientific platform team working closely with our chemistry platform and compound management. You will work with peers across the company to grow Recursion’s capabilities in large-scale biological data generation and use. In particular, you will:

The Team You’ll Join
Reporting to the Associate Director of Product Management, you’ll be joining a vibrant interdisciplinary team building the products that underpin all early drug discovery at Recursion. The team incorporates data across phenomics, transcriptomics, chemistry and patient insights and more into massive, automated product workflows. To do so, we use modern data science methods from computer vision to large language models, alongside advanced engineering orchestration and processing approaches. Our high performing team works closely together to continuously improve and reimagine how early drug discovery is done, as part of creating the world’s first end-to-end industrialized drug discovery pipeline!
