Sr. Product Manager, Account Abuse

As a Senior Product Manager in the Account Abuse team, you will help achieve this mission by pivotally building out our next generation of abuse detection systems to keep fake accounts and entities off LinkedIn, reducing harmful activities from fake accounts, and delivering a world-class enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally to develop a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmaps 
  • Drive execution of the roadmap in collaboration with partner teams: making trade-offs and ensuring frequent and clear communication.
  • Partner with other product teams to design features that help mitigate risk from fake accounts.
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements 
  • Clearly communicate member needs, opportunities, risks, and more with cross functional teams and executive leadership

Basic Qualifications 

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience 
  • 6+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Former work experience in a technology-related field (especially AI/ML)
  • Experience working in the trust and safety domain (especially adversarial scopes)
  • Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch 
  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage and technologies including experience with social media and generative AI.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal,  Business Development, and Investigations teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (including with executives) and ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
