The Role
We seek a tech-savvy, detail-oriented procurement specialist with expertise in procurement to pay processes. You will drive process improvements through analysis and strategic thinking in this role. You will be responsible for Supplier Information Management, ensuring vendor compliance, and evaluating business requirements to enhance and optimize best-in-class Procure to Pay processes. Your ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment will be key to supporting scalable, sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Work with internal customers and stakeholders as the point of contact for all Supplier Information Management requests throughout the various stages of the onboarding process.
- Ensure supplier information is submitted accurately and follow the proper commodity review and workflow
- Manage and update suppliers to ensure documents are up to date and accurate, suppliers comply with applicable law and industry standards for tax, governance, security, and risk compliance.
- Manage logistics carrier accounts and spend, verify shipping and invoice accuracy
- Strong knowledge of the ERP system, preferably NetSuite and Business Spend Management Platform, preferably Coupa.
- Ability to optimize efficiency and create workflows to ensure supplier requests are submitted with accuracy and reviewed by appropriate departments in a timely effective manner
- Assist AP and internal customers with PO, invoice, and supplier issues and inquiries
- Perform 2 and 3-way match
- Partner Cross functionally with all departments to advocate procurement operations excellence and ensure the Procurement Policy and process are followed.
- Design analytics, reporting metrics, and dashboards to help develop key performance metrics and spend visibility
- Support other business projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years’ experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or business operations management
- Understanding of Procure to Pay, finance, and PR/PO, 3-way match processes and workflows
- Strong understanding of global vendor management and compliance
- Strong analytical skills
- Enjoy learning new technology, and have experience with systems and supporting software
- Collaborative team player willing to assist as needed to create strong relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and find resolutions for complex matters while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially
