As a Sr. Pricing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution and management of pricing processes and systems within our Global Learning and Development organization. This role ensures that pricing strategies are accurately implemented, maintained, and operationalized across systems and customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute pricing changes and updates in all related systems.
· Create, maintain, and update SKUs for products, offerings, and services.
· Maintain portfolio pricing lists and assets.
· Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to support pricing workflows and resolve operational issues.
· Regularly audit pricing data in systems to identify and correct discrepancies.
· Track and analyze the performance of pricing strategies (i.e., revenue, adoption, profitability).
· Convey findings and analysis, with suggestions, to stakeholders
· Work with Offerings, Product, and GLD technical leads to maintain the pricing and package process and align releases with the roadmap and annual milestones.
· Work with the portfolio release team to align pricing and packaging timelines with offerings and services launches
· 5+ years of operational and/or process experience in a technology firm.
· 3+ years of in-depth understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) operations and its end-to-end connection from process, data, and solution perspective.
· Effective influencing and communication skills, highly effective in securing cross-functional buy-in from senior executives and leaders across the business.
· Experience with SAP CPQ (Callidus) is a plus.
· Ability to translate complex material into understandable forms.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $88,300 - $145,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
