About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a Sr. People Programs Specialist to help us drive program management and execution of people programs for Lyra Clinical in partnership with the People org (ie: Talent Dev, Total Rewards, DEIB and Recruiting) and the LCA operations team.
This role will be a great fit if you are energized about aligning clients across a range of functions and roles towards a common business goal whether it is launching a new program or scaling an existing one.
You will succeed in this role if you are curious, data-driven, organized and a great communicator who can distill a complex problem into actionable workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with core People Operations teams, HR Business Partners and cross functional stakeholders to launch and manage programmatic initiatives across client groups
- Manage cross functional HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of key milestones
- Create project plans, documentation and milestones to ensure successful completion of projects within the set timeframe
- Use a data driven approach to initiate, improve and scale current HR processes
- Utilize data visualization tools to extract insights that guide strategic initiatives
- Proactively suggest data-informed strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and employee engagement and retention strategy
- Develop and deliver clear, engaging and targeted presentations and proposals that effectively communicate a message to stakeholders and/or drive toward key business decisions
- Engage and influence stakeholders in a fast moving and matrix environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management and/or experience managing critical people programs like Performance Management, Leadership/Rotational Programs etc.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, change management, analytics, strategic communications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good judgment based on situation and audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data trends into presentable formats to influence decision
- Proven commitment and passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) work and experience integrating a DEIB perspective into strategic initiatives
- Experience with performance management systems such as Lattice or Workday
