Position: Sr. People Data Analyst
Location: 11305 Four Points Dr, Building II, 3rd Floor, Austin, TX 78726
Responsibilities: Lead the report and analytics workstream for the Workday system and ensure core design elements are made and configured to enable robust and automated analytics capabilities; and ensure Workday is built with the advanced manager and employee self-service reporting functionalities. Drive continuous improvement HR projects, including reporting automation; manage, manipulate, and design the data structures for data migration of HR data from one system to another; and execute assigned projects, including data collection/design and development specifications/testing criteria/recommendations for system implementations. Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for system administration, optimization, and user training across various Workday modules, encompassing HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. Lead the team in data Transformation and Optimization for the system migration(s) and implementations on an as needed basis, including for the Workday systems. Lead the team in creating Workbooks and EIB's for HR data that needs to be optimized for the system for Integrations or reports/Dashboards. Involved in RaaS and Studio integrations creation and maintenance between the HRIS tool (Workday) and ATS (Greenhouse). Also creating and maintaining the Benefits integration to ADP for ACA. Utilize and apply statistical knowledge and methodologies for conceptual understanding of problems as well as conducting statistical analysis for data within Workday and how it affects different modules in Workday (Advance Comp, Talent and Recruiting) Resolve critical payroll issues promptly to prevent disruptions, including creating and updating deductions, earning codes, and payroll reports, such as imputed income and third-party sick leave. Development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs, including diversity and government reporting.
Educ./experience: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field, plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience as a People Operations Analyst, People Data Analyst, or in a related position. Experience must include leading Workday Implementation; Workday Talent; Workday Advance Comp; Workday Payroll; Workday HCM Core; Workday Analytics, Dashboards, and advanced Workday Calculated fields; and Workday Integrations (RaaS and Studio).
