Position Overview:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will partner with Zero’s Operations, Information Technology, Finance and HR organizations to drive business performance and employee engagement. Additionally, you will have primary responsibility for creating company-wide solutions in the areas of Manager Development, Career Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to both hone your Business Partnering skills and exercise your program creation/Center of Excellence skills – allowing you to create, tailor, implement, assess and improve in one role.

Deliverables:

• Help achieve Zero’s aggressive business goals by partnering with organizational leaders to ensure we have the right structure with the right talent in the right place at the right time. Where we don’t, develop and execute plans to get there

• Assess and improve organizational effectiveness using metrics and analytics (both qualitative and quantitative)

• Improve manager effectiveness through assessment, program creation & implementation, and coaching

• Drive employee engagement through assessment, issue identification & prioritization, program creation, roll out, measurement, and improvement

• Help managers resolve performance and employee relations issues; lead investigations as needed. Identify trends and create one-to-many solutions (as opposed to one-to-one solutions)
