Seer is a remote first agency and
Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: You’re data-obsessed and love solving problems at scale. You’re detail-oriented, logical, and running head first towards the future of Paid Search. You’re a subject matter expert and thought leader in your space. Quick to bring new ideas to the table, execute them, and adopt new best practices at scale.
Role Highlights
- You’ll execute and measure the effectiveness of Seer’s Paid Media strategies through an integrated approach to search, showcasing your deep expertise, and collaborating closely with SEO to best serve your clients
- You’ll leverage big data to make optimization and growth recommendations at scale. Rooting your analysis and client recommendations in both paid and organic data
- You will unlock new opportunities for clients and save hours of valuable time through automation and machine learning, leveraging Paid Search management platforms and analyzing data at scale
- You’ll create + test ad copy and landing pages rooted in data to ensure that customers have the most relevant experience, driving optimal results for your clients
- You’ll spend your days in the data. Keeping client goals and target audiences top of mind, you pull insights from time of day data, geographic location, user's search funnel (and more!) to drive holistic, data-driven optimizations-- maximizing ROI and saving clients money *cha-ching*
- You'll contribute regularly to the Seer blog, industry forums, and grow your thought leadership skills. You’ll assist our division in driving innovative ideas to excel adoption of your area of subject matter expertise. You’ll lead one training session each quarter around new process releases.
- You’ll drive the development, review and launch processes for all Paid Search campaign components, fostering client success through accurate upload, build, and launch across all campaign types on Paid Search platforms.
- Maintains excellence in quality of work through our Quality Assurance system/process and coaches Associates to the same level of excellence. You’ll assist our division by improving systems and processes related to quality of work and efficiency by helping to drive a core initiative each quarter
Essential Skills
- You bring a depth of search knowledge and expertise to the table.
- You know the world of Paid Search changes fast! To keep pace, you're all over the latest emerging trends, tools, and technologies. Reading industry blogs and case studies, then bringing them back to share and level up your team
- You take your client's success personally. It shines through your analysis of client performance-- managing large data sets across multiple channels to protect your clients' dollars. Automation is your friend. Between Supermetrics and Google Data Studio, you're able to keep a close pulse on how we're pacing and never miss a beat
- No doubt you’re results-oriented. Your killer attention to detail allows you to thoroughly analyze Big Data across disparate data sources, extracting valuable insights for your clients
- Even though your role focuses largely on strategy implementation, you’re always eager to share your ideas-- transforming technical insights into easily digestible recommendations
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the Google Suite. Savvy with data viz tools like Power BI or Tableau too? Say no more!
- Your top-notch time management skills allow you to juggle several projects at once without missing a beat. When faced with a challenge, you always rise to the occasion. You’re no stranger to working under pressure and you always find a way to meet deadlines
- You have the ability to coach and train team members to understand Seer systems and processes that drive towards a strong quality of work.
90 Day Goals
- You’ve fully onboarded to your accounts, and have been providing strategic guidance to your client’s POC’s
- You’re actively using Seer’s processes, tools and resources to perform your job and have made suggestions for how to streamline them
- You’ve met with and built strong relationships with your cross divisional stakeholders and executives

- Change management is difficult and you struggle with adapting to new tools and processes
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000-$110,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
