Job Summary:
Coordinate and contribute to implement , automate and run the proper centralized network operations processes like change control and problem managements that meet the organization's operational policies and objectives , and to measure , analyse and report the operational performance for the technologies and field maintenance departments . also acts as point of contact to follow all operations stakeholder the performance and problems related to their operations .
Job Duties:
- Analyses the existing Network operations workflow of technology and field maintenance departments to enhance, develop or design new workflow and processes for the operations activities that optimize the operations outcomes to support organization targets.
- Work closely with business excellence ,developing and automation teams to design and implements the automation of related network operations workflow and processes and keeps continual improvement for the automated processes.
- Audit and validate the network change control activity including request logging, risk assessments, prioritizing and scheduling.
- Coordinate the problems managements activities including working closely with subject matter experts to analyses the root causes , logging and fix plan with other operations stakeholders.
- Analyses the performance of the corrective and preventive field maintenance contracts and reports the related KPI and highlights contract level agreements drifts and breaching.
- Validate the maintenance service contactor’s claims and compensations as per the contract SLA and obligations.
- Supervise the escalations of service level issues with operational stakeholder that including addressing and follow up the operations service level drift, problems with field maintenance operations contractors as well with organization’s technology departments and keep working and planning and follow up with other operations stakeholders to improve the operations activities performance in proper ways.
- Audit the on demand reports, dashboards and presentations related to the operations performance for the managements.
- Coordinating the implementation and expansion of Performance Management and Incentive tools, including project management, data visualization, and post implementation support.
- Serve as mentor to associates and provide training to fill gap needs.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- ITIL is a must.
- Six Sigma (Preferred) Years of Experience
- 2 Years’ experience in Network Type of role.
