Sr. Mission Engineer

The Mission Engineer will help evolve the program integrating commercial trends like Agile development, Cloud migration, Automation techniques (AI/ML), and streamlined DevOps deployments to our users in operations. The Mission Engineer will be a technical member of a dynamic systems engineering team, that is deeply involved in the day to day functions of the SIGINT systems, as well as provide recommendations for modifications and future evolutions.

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 10+ years with Technical SIGINT analysis fields
Proficiency supporting and deploying Government-off-the-Shelf (GOTS) SIGINT systems
Proficiency supporting and deploying Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions into end-to-end systems
Proficiency with large data architecture
Proficiency with modern-software, cloud-based technologies, and tool offerings
Proficiency providing remote technical support to mission operators and analysts
Proficient documentation skills and experience preparing and delivering briefs to senior government leadership
Understanding of milestones and expectations within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience on an Agile software development team and delivering iterative software solutions
Proven ability to work as a self-started with minimal daily oversight
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline from an accredited college or university

Clearance Requirements

An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
