This role is part of the IT Digital Workplace Organization at Intuitive. You will be part of the Unified Communications and Collaboration team under IT Digital Workplace Organization.
We are looking for a Microsoft O365 Admin who can manage, configure, and troubleshoot our cloud-based services and applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and availability of our O365 environment, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff. You will also collaborate with other teams and vendors to implement and maintain best practices, policies, and standards for O365 administration.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the O365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other applications.
- Be subject matter expert for all Microsoft O365 related apllicaitons and abaility to mentor team members on all Microsoft O365 platform.
- Provide architecture design, planning and roadmaping for Microsoft O365 platfom.
- Invesigate and research new technogoies to improve collaboration.
- Perform regular maintenance, backup, and recovery tasks for O365 data and services.
- Configure and enforce security settings, policies, and compliance requirements for O365.
- Resolve complex issues and incidents related to O365 functionality and performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end users and other IT staff on O365 features and usage.
- Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and integrations of O365 with other systems and platforms.
- Evaluate and implement new O365 features, enhancements, and solutions.
- Document and maintain O365 configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 15 years of experience in IT administration, with at least 8 years of experience in O365 administration
- Expert knowledge of O365 services, applications, and administration tools
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance center, data loss prevention, and eDiscovery
- Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework, and Power Platform
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting, automation, and reporting for O365- preferred
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid environments. - preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and device management.- preferred
- Certification in Microsoft 365 or O365 administration is a plus.
