- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Configuration Manager solutions for our clients
- Plan and implement Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) with other Microsoft 365 services to manage and secure endpoints, ensuring seamless device management and endpoint security for clients
- Configure and manage device configurations, policies, and profiles, including conditional access, antivirus, and encryption standards (e.g., BitLocker)
- Develop and implement automation for device provisioning and lifecycle management using Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, and other tools
- Deploy and manage software updates and patches

- Collaborating with clients to understand business needs, develop solutions, and provide technical guidance on endpoint management strategies
- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver modern workplace solutions, providing expertise on Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, and related technologies
- Managing monitoring systems and proactively addressing issues related to endpoint performance, updates, and compliance
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, and providing training to clients and internal teams on endpoint solutions and best practices
- Multitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detail
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies and best practices, learning new concepts quickly and thoroughly
- Providing thought leadership in both system integration and application development

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years in IT, with a focus on endpoint management, mobility, or desktop engineering
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 Defender
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration, and app management
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS deployment and management, including patching and updates
- Knowledge of group policy management, Azure AD, and conditional access
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, such as Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-101, MD-100, MD-101, AZ-104 (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator) are a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing consulting roles interacting with IT-leaders, product owners, C-level, Executive Sponsors, and business users
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy, and ability to guide clients through challenging problems
