We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Asia Pacific marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing B2B technology events, familiarity with digital marketing programs, and driving channel marketing activities within the tech industry. This role will be critical in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, increase partner engagement, and promote channel success across the APAC region.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Field Marketing Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including webinars, trade shows, partner summits, and customer engagement activities across APAC. Ensure all events are aligned with business objectives and partner needs.
  • Digital Marketing Programs: Leverage global digital marketing programs for regional execution directly or with partners with goal of increasing lead generation, awareness, and engagement.
  • Channel Marketing: Support the development and execution of co-marketing initiatives with partners, lead-sharing activities, and partner enablement. Collaborate closely with sales and channel teams to identify partner needs and provide feedback and be liaison with global channel marketing team.
  • Campaign Management: Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop, launch, and track integrated marketing campaigns that target specific verticals and regions within APAC. Provide performance analysis and recommendations for optimization.
  • Data and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, events, and campaigns using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with global and regional teams (sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing) to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and consistency of messaging across all platforms.
  • Partner Enablement: Assist in delivering partner training and enablement programs to ensure channel partners are fully equipped to represent the company's products and solutions. Develop partner communications and collateral.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field and/or channel marketing, preferably in the B2B technology sector.
  • Proven experience managing B2B industry events and demand generation programs with partners.
  • Strong understanding of channel marketing principles and partner relationships in the APAC region.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, folloze) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of network security, cyber security and or the APAC channel landscape is a plus.
