We are looking competitive Intelligence Analyst to play a crucial role in providing strategic insights to our organization. Your focus will be on monitoring competitors, analyzing industry trends, and helping us stay ahead in the market. 
 
Sr Marketing Specialist - Competitive Intelligence Analyst 
Experience: 3 to 9 Years
Location: Bangalore


Responsibilities
 
·  Proactively monitor the competition to understand their strategies, go-to-market motions, product offerings, and directions. 
·  Develop and maintain a comprehensive competitive intelligence database tracking competitor market share, products, pricing, trends, and activities.   
·  Track market and industry trends across Extreme served markets and adjacencies, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape changes. 
· Compare our solutions to those of competitors, supporting the development of competitive positioning and messaging. 
· Provide timely and relevant updates on competitor and market dynamics. 
·  Develop and maintain competitive resources such as battle cards and other sales enablement assets. 
 

Requirements 

·  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related fields.  Master’s degree preferred. 
·  Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in competitive intelligence, market research, technical marketing, or related roles. 
·  Experience in networking, SaaS, and cloud software markets preferred. 
·  Familiarity with competitive intelligence and market research tools and databases. 
·  High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). 
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
·  Advanced research and investigative skills across a variety of media. 
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex data sets. 
·  Ability to synthesize relevant information and communicate concisely. 
·  Self-directed and detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills. 
·  Proven sensitivity toward confidentiality with an understanding of corporate policies and guidelines that impact legal and ethical conduct and competitive intelligence practices.
