What We Are Looking For:
As a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist, you will join our growing Marketing Strategy & Operations team and be closely aligned with the demand generation and automation, business analytics, enterprise systems, revenue operations, as well as other Marketing functions. You will support cross-functional project management and be responsible for updates made to our lead routing platform and other operational integrated technology. You will help develop and evolve strategic marketing operations projects to support the continued growth of Bandwidth.
You will be expected to uphold and improve processes and systems related to marketing operations to help ensure marketing is optimizing and measuring and continually improving its efforts. You will also be responsible for ensuring our technology systems are set up according to best practices, are in alignment with Sales processes, are effective, scalable, measurable, and that every marketing touchpoint is attributable. You will be asked to pivot between your strategic side and technical side. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
What You'll Do:
- Own the optimization, and maintenance of the Marketing Strategy and Operations technology stack - including but not limited to; LeanData and Marketo Measure (Bizible).
- Support cross-functional projects and relationships with our Business Analytics and Business Systems team and other internal Bandwidth teams to ensure proper deployment, integration, and usage of marketing tech stack into other Bandwidth systems
- Support projects between revenue operations, sales, and marketing to establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for inbound and outbound marketing
- Aid and evaluate the marketing technology infrastructure optimization to improve and optimize marketing team performance. Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Ensure an accurate view of marketing performance, business contribution, and effectiveness of Marketing’s attribution model
- Assist in the development of the strategy for success of the overall marketing annual operating plan (AOP) with a singular focus on pipeline generation through process, planning, and efficiency improvements.
- Support the pipeline generation efforts of each team to ensure cross-functional campaign alignment and ability to achieve AOP goals
- Work alongside our Business Analytics team to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance, business contribution, and effectiveness of the attribution model.
- Continually analyze and optimize campaigns with an eye towards repeatable and scalable processes
- Maintain a high level of output, while balancing regularly changing data and priorities
What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years marketing experience; Minimum 3 years experience in B2B marketing (minimum 2 years in marketing ops);
- Previous experience on a team of technical employees
- Intermediate proficiency with Marketo Measure (Bizible).
- Intermediate proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience with lead routing tools (LeanData knowledge/certification preferred).
- Thinks in terms of ROI and impact on the bottom line of the business.
- Strong track record of contributing to highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and balance both short and long-term goals.
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment
- Data driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with segmentation, Marketo Measure, HTML, Bizible, Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
