Summary:
ZipRecruiter is seeking a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join its distinguished and large in-house marketing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead Paid Search (SEM / PPC) and YouTube execution and strategy, as well as collaborate with other channels on various research, data analysis, and marketing initiatives. You will own B2B and B2C paid search Lead gen programs as well as help execute paid YouTube marketing campaigns. You will share results and execute on various digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a high-energy team player that prides him or herself on attention to detail, curiosity, and analytical skills. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$180,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
