As a member of the Brazil Marketing team, the Sr. Marketing Manager - Sponsorships and Partnerships will oversee and expand sponsorship platforms in Brazil to drive business outcomes across the brand, clients, and products. The role involves managing and diversifying the sponsorship portfolio, including partners, assets, talent, and services, while collaborating with internal functions, external partners, and agencies globally and regionally. Additionally, this individual will develop new local sponsorship assets and support core and client marketing teams in strategy, selling, and execution.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
• 10+ years of sponsorship and partnership experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing global and regional projects.
• Higher education BS or MBA.
• Proven experience in developing and managing sponsorship deals with major brands and events.
• Strong understanding of market trends and experience in leveraging sponsorships to drive business results.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing innovative sponsorship strategies that align with business objectives.
• Commercially astute and emotionally intelligent leader able to engage with outside partners, global/regional marketing teams, and influence business decisions and stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills, leading by influence and example.
• Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership success over a wide variety of marketing business problems.
