As a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at Gigamon, recently certified as a Great Place to Work, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that support the company’s vision of helping the world’s leading organizations run fast, stay secure, and innovate. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Marketing based on the west coast of the United States, you’ll work across various teams to project manage the development and production of key marketing materials. What You’ll Do:
• Assess project needs for marketing assets and programs, supporting content strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to track projects from initiation to review, approval, and implementation.
• Create and manage project workflows, ensuring timely execution of marketing deliverables.
• Align resources across internal and external teams, including contract writers, designers, and creative agencies, to deliver marketing content.
• Partner with integrated marketing program leads to manage the prioritization of marketing materials.
• Promote marketing assets across various Gigamon-owned channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and events as well as managing the weekly sales communication emails.
• Own the documentation, training, and content library processes for corporate marketing projects.
What You’ve Done:
• Minimum 1+ years in a marketing environment or a related field, suitable for someone is the early stages of their career.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with project management, showing the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools is a plus.
