Why this role matters:

The Marketing Operations team is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns across Vonage. We lead campaign execution and performance to ensure marketing initiatives are built and executed, while working with campaign owners to understand the business needs and goals to drive pipeline growth within the organization. Through marketing automation, we take data and turn it into actionable campaigns. We’re seeking a candidate that has a ‘can-do’ attitude, a problem solver and a keen eye to detail as well as technical proficiency to join our expanding Marketing Operations team. This role will be working within marketing technology on a daily basis to build and execute campaigns across the organization

Where you will work:

Flex Worker - You will have home based days, but can be required to commute to the office for collaboration, customer meetings and presentations up to 3 days a week (exact days to be agreed with your line manager).

What you will do:

  • Oversee strategic and operational initiatives across marketing and with other functions to drive performance improvements, continuously enhance the impact of marketing, and help the company continue along its fast growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate across functions to structure problems, conduct analysis, and drive solutions through a rigorous, data-driven process.
  • Create and manage project plans with clearly defined deliverables and resources, coordinate work streams and dependencies, track and communicate progress, and identify obstacles and ensure they are addressed.
  • Design/redesign processes & business rules to optimize the results from the end-to-end tech stack in Account Engagement (Pardot) 
  • Build, test, launch, and optimize multi-channel (email, nurture, sms) marketing campaigns maximizing real-time triggers, segmentation, and personalization to create seamless customer journeys 
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies.
  • Train users, assist in creating and documenting training materials

What you will bring:

Required

  • 5+ years experience and demonstrated expertise working with marketing automation and engagement platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, etc.) required. 
  • 5+ years of experience supporting marketing and sales with a thorough understanding of lead-to-revenue processing workflows.
  • Proven experience launching and high visibility, high-performing multi-channel campaigns. 
  • Experience building, testing, and optimizing HTML emails for various clients with dynamic coding required.  
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy. 

Desirable

  • Proven track record of successfully driving business improvement within Global Marketing organizations in SaaS, CPaaS or similar industries.
  • Possess a deep understanding of marketing technologies, including CRM, analytics, and automation tools & a demonstrable track record of using technology to deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Logical and process-driven mindset to optimize marketing workflows.
  • Experience working in a global business environment, understanding cultural nuances, and adapting strategies accordingly.
  •  Progressive experience managing email marketing communications in an enterprise environment.
