Sr. Manager, Revenue Growth Analytics

Seeking a highly analytical Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Analytics to lead a team of pricing scientists and support data-driven revenue growth strategies. This role is critical to enhancing business performance by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pricing scientists to develop and execute advanced analytics models, including price optimization, segmentation, and demand modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue growth strategies align with business goals and market conditions.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and regularly present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the scalability and robustness of models and tools.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and analytical rigor.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, data science, or related fields
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SAS, or SQL and experience with data visualization tools
  • Understanding of price optimization techniques, demand modeling, and forecasting.
  • Experience with controlled experiments (A/B testing) and test-and-learn methodologies in a commercial context.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on collaboration and development.
