The Sr. Manager, Product Strategy is responsible for leading the development for Ceribell’s portfolio expansion into new indications and patient populations.  This includes the creation and coordination of software, UI, and hardware product needs definition, business cases, product positioning, clinical strategies, go-to market strategies, product maps, educational requirements, pricing & profit margins, competitive/market intelligence and forecasting.

Significant to your success is the ability to build successful partnerships with R&D and the sales force, develop relationships with key opinion leaders in North America, and to modify strategies and tactics when necessary, based on voice of customer, research, and emerging trends. 

The Sr. Manager, Product Strategy will report to the SVP of Product & Reimbursement.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate current business and new opportunities through strategic framework and problem-solving toolkit
  • Serve as voice of the customer on product development teams leading the advancement of on-target, clinically meaningful products to market in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for the requirements specification for all software, UI, and hardware programs
  • Work closely and effectively with sales team, key opinion leaders, and physician customers to identify new product opportunities improvements & modifications to the existing product lines
  • Serve as an internal expert to contribute to the development of clinical study designs and publications for products under development
  • Oversee acquisition of market research to uncover competitive intelligence, unmet clinical needs, refine product development plans, gain insight into market dynamics, and development of market forecasts.  Organize and communicate research as appropriate
  • In partnership with the marketing team, develop initial launch plans as product nears commercialization, including recommendations on market launch strategies, product pricing and positioning.
  • Coach and develop junior team members

We're Excited if You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; Master’s Degree is a plus
  • 3+ years of management consulting and/or in-house strategy experience; Life Science Industry experience
  • Analytical skills: highly skilled in Excel modeling, being able to run valuations and detect trends/insights quickly
  • Problem-solving skills: the ability to structure ambiguous problems, bring logic to drive key analyses, and synthesize analyses to actionable insights
  • Relationship management: ability to create strong working relationships with all levels of the organization, including influencing the executive leadership team
  • Communication skills: the ability to tailor presentation and communication to the audience, translating highly complex concepts into succinct and digestible formats
  • Project Management skills: experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex environment.
  • Can-do attitude: highly motivated self-starter with a willingness to remove obstacles and manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Flexibility: comfortable being an individual contributor as well as leader of a team

Compensation Range
$160,000$170,000 USD
