The Sr Manager, Product Commercialization is responsible for Go-to-Market strategy and plays a critical role in growing the Visa Direct business in Canada. The Canadian Visa Direct team is comprised of payments experts responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive and accelerate Visa Direct domestic and cross-border growth across payment rails, use cases and verticals. The team collaborates closely with sales teams, account managers, and solutioning, global product and ecosystem teams to help demonstrate the opportunity and value proposition of Visa Direct across priority client segments.
As a product commercialization lead, you will shape interactions with our key clients, develop business cases, identify use case expansion opportunities and craft persuasive narratives about how Visa can meet our client goals. You will lead individual initiatives within the Visa Direct team with a particular emphasis on supporting growth of cross border payment flows, new use cases and bolstering Visa Direct’s competitiveness with domestic schemes. The individual will work with cross-functional stakeholders in Canada, as well as and global product counterparts focused on money movement solutions, settlement, liquidity, and FX to ensure a unified customer experience across an increasingly diverse set of new endpoints.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who enjoys data driven story telling. This role will be responsible for planning, developing, and deploying new products/features and enhancing existing capabilities in accordance with the broader product strategy and roadmap.

This role is responsible for both strategy and execution and will bring a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality to the position as you both lead and support a variety of our domestic and cross-border growth initiatives. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
