As a Sr. Manager of Program Management at Lucid, you will be responsible for working across multiple company programs to plan and execute on key initiatives for our teams. This individual is responsible for leading a team that identifies and builds program management plans, which includes working timelines, key milestones, success metrics, communications, change management, and training plans. They will be responsible for tracking progress across all the program team and work-streams, providing updates and identifying any risks and developing mitigation plans. The Sr. Manager will also partner with business leaders across the company to evangelize project best practices, drive process improvements activities and assist teams in developing program and project management capabilities. 

This role will require a dynamic, proactive mindset and savvy communication, as you will collaborate and engage with various cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive short and long-term project execution. 

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead a team of Program and Project Managers with a range of experience levels
  • Constantly evaluate workflows, and identify opportunities to improve individual and team efficiencies
  • Ensure consistent program management standards and guidelines are followed across the organization
  • Partner with strategic program owners to facilitate the creation and approval of complex programs scope and objectives, and coordinate the sharing of resources among projects
  • Establish, maintain, and influence program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications
  • Engage multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions for consensus building and deliverable prioritization within the program
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management, including guiding and mentoring project managers; and develop expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market or product
  • Utilize Smartsheet to spearhead the ownership of the Go-to-Market (GTM) program, overseeing its development and implementation, including the strategic planning, execution and reporting.
  • Acts as a point of contact for project team members, while clearly and consistently communicating the needs of the organization
  • Evangelize Lucid program management processes and best practices across divisions

Requirements:

  • 3 years in a PMO leadership role
  • Experience working with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Professional Services and Customer Success
  • Track record of driving large-scale, complex projects in a fast-paced SAAS environment.
  • Demonstrated success working with diverse, cross-functional teams and leaders
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Able to distill complex, multi-faceted topics, bring structure to sometimes ambiguous visions, and mobilize the right people to execute
  • Savvy communicator, excellent collaborator, and capable influencer
  • Self-motivated, organized, dynamic individual with a strong desire to learn, succeed and grow
  • Able to work across various cultures globally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PPM solutions such as Smartsheet, Asana and Jira
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
