As the Sr. Manager of Lifecycle Strategy for Employee Solutions on the Lifecycle Marketing Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the company’s customer lifecycle and overall marketing activation and retention efforts to improve customer lifetime value and satisfaction.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in modern marketing processes and technology, as well as strong leadership skills to drive engagement and retention across our Employee Solutions audiences. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy for Employee Solutions, guiding the team to develop personalized campaigns, deploy regular campaigns, and prioritize high-impact activities 
  • Partner closely with client marketing leaders, cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering), and other key collaborators 
  • Supervise test-and-learn initiatives to drive innovation and effective personalization strategies 
  • Establish and implement segment-level strategies (e.g., Best Customer, Low Engaged, High User) 
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics to design data-driven CRM strategies, understand clients, and measure the impact of lifecycle programs 

Requirements:

  • Strong growth marketing acumen with experience in crafting and driving high-impact marketing programs
  • Experience in end-to-end consumer marketing including test-and-learn planning, segment marketing, personalization, marketing technology, and lifecycle marketing
  • Data-driven marketing leadership skills with significant exposure to consumer-facing programs/products
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Salesforce marketing tech stacks
  • 'Change Agent' approach

Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $119,900-159,800. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
