This role requires strong organizational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with agility and accountability.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Strategy:

• Use data-driven insights and best practices to guide space utilization, workplace design, and operational efficiency.
• Build scalable processes across international locations to ensure consistency, operational efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners in IT, People, Legal, Finance, and Security to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and project outcomes to key stakeholders, with occasional executive-level visibility.
Global Facilities Operations:
• Lead and mentor a team of regional Facilities Managers across multiple countries, ensuring service excellence and operational consistency.
• Oversee vendor management, workplace tools, building maintenance, security access, and safety compliance.
• Manage office services including space planning, move coordination, amenities, and workplace experience.
• Ensure local offices reflect Highspot’s values, culture, and employee needs while maintaining cost-efficiency and compliance.
Real Estate & Workplace Analytics:
• Lead global office strategy and real estate execution, lease renewals, new office builds, and expansion projects from planning through execution.
• Track and report on space utilization and workplace analytics to inform leadership decisions and return-to-office planning.
• Manage global workplace budgets, planning, and vendor spending in alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of workplace systems, SOPs, and space management records to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Regularly mentor, coach, and develop team members across global locations and time zones, fostering engagement, cohesion, and growth.
• Promote accountability, clarity, and engagement by setting clear goals and creating opportunities for team collaboration and growth.
• Provide thoughtful, systematic feedback and incorporate insights from others to enhance team performance and collaboration.
• Contribute to overall team strategy, driving continuous improvement and encouraging innovation within the function.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, landlords, and external partners to drive key workplace initiatives.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, serving as a strategic partner on workplace investments and operational efficiency.
