Elastic is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the FP&A team supporting our Chief Customer Officer. You will report into our Finance Director, Customer Success.
We are looking to add an individual to the team who has experience supporting a SaaS software sales or post-sales business unit from a detailed finance perspective. The ideal person will have extensive software industry experience, be able to build complex financial models, solve unstructured problems, synthesize large datasets and draw relevant conclusions. The candidate will have a strong work ethic, and rigorous attention to detail, have excellent communication and organizational skills and high integrity.

The Customer Success FP&A team is responsible for supporting our Customer Engineering, Support, and Professional Services organizations managing the overall P&L including financial reporting, forecasting and planning. Some of the key activities performed by the team include revenue and cost modeling and forecasting as well as establishing and maintaining critical metric reporting that measures the true success of our clients' outcomes. The Senior Manager’s initial focus will be supporting our growing Customer Engineering team, helping them manage, measure and forecast our cloud consumption and self-service businesses.
