The Team

The Venture Scaling Team is scaling companies built on Celonis to Unicorn valuations. With our experience accelerating business hypergrowth on the Celonis platform, we consult Venture CEOs on scaling their GTM, structuring corporate growth, and expanding their Product Suite. The team accelerates venture revenue and carries the quota for Celonis revenue generated through Partner Products of ventures.

 

The Role

As part of the Venture Scaling Team, you own and accelerate a portfolio of 2-8 ventures built on Celonis and oversee their growth & performance. You are the Operating Partner of the Venture CEO and advise on strategic decisions for scaling their hypergrowth business. For your portfolio companies, you build forecast structures and own the Celonis revenue driven through the product sales of your Portfolio companies. You carry the Celonis revenue quota for your partner’s products across all sales segments from landing new customers to expanding existing clients. Scaling ventures on Celonis will upskill you to start your own company or lead a venture in the Celonis Ecosystem as a C-level executive.

 

The work you’ll do:

  • Manage a portfolio of 2-8 ventures built around specific use-cases on the Celonis Platform.
  • Accelerate venture Go-to-Market and integrate Partner Products in the Celonis GTM to address additional target personas and expand existing Celonis customers.
  • Drive SalesCycles along ventures as the Celonis quota carrier for Partner Product sales across all Sales segments.
  • Build venture brand and product awareness through marketing campaigns along the Celonis marketing teams.
  • Consult CEOs on growth strategies and act as the Operating Partner for strategic decisions.
  • Report growth and Celonis revenue of your portfolio companies.

 

The qualifications you need:

  • 5 years (Venture Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager/Director) of experience as an Account Executive, Value Engineer or Consultant.
  • Quota carrier or overlay solution sales experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to start a new venture.
  • Ability to partner with CEOs and advise them on scaling their business.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and accelerate Go-to-Market strategies.

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.

Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
The base salary range below is for the role in New York, based on a Full Time Schedule.
$130,000$176,000 USD
