Databricks is looking for a motivated Strategy and Execution Senior Manager to join our Deal Desk Transformation team that helps define Quote-to-Order (QtO) strategy and drive scalability. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to ensure that processes support the overall business strategy. Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring smooth implementation of process/system changes are key aspects of this role. You will be accountable for end-to-end transformation project lifecycle support, from strategic QtO process design, to requirements gathering through to post-release enablement and support, and everything in between. You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement. Your ability to manage resistance to change, lead cross-functional conversations, and influence stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at problem-solving, project management, and driving results.
