The Senior Manager, Card Benefits will be a member of the Consumer Product and Solutions team that is responsible for shaping the organization’s product strategies as well as the development and rollout of Visa’s product solutions in the Canadian marketplace. The team also works collaboratively with issuing and acquiring clients to support their product launches and innovations.
This position is based in Toronto and will report to the Director, Product Benefits and Loyalty. This individual will work as part of the team that leads the strategy, development, rollout, and ongoing management of Visa’s card benefits and offers in support of its affluent suite of consumer and small business products. They will work primarily with the consumer credit, marketing, and the client account teams, but they will also collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and other functional areas in Canada. Outside of Visa Canada, the individual will interact regularly with Corporate Sourcing, Global Product, Visa IT, and with current and potential vendors that supply Visa benefits and offers.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
