What's the role?
As Sr. Manager / Associate Director for Bio-Diversity Net Gain product portfolio at AiDash, you will own delivery of products, thus ensure clients derive maximum business value from AiDash products in terms of meeting their sustainability and business goals. You will be leading deliveries for a portfolio of SME clients comprising of building owners, developers, and ecologists.
What you will do?
Business Operations:
- Manage a portfolio of customers from registration on the platform to becoming paid customers, and throughout their lifecycle.
- Take ownership of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Subject Matter Experts (Ecologists), Customer Support Teams, and Technical Project -Managers, to ensure timely and quality delivery, thus maintaining high NPS.
- Support in building and training delivery/operations teams.
Operations, Product Strategy:
- Assist leadership in developing the operating model for the delivery organization.
- Develop systems and processes to enhance NPS.
- Collaborate with the product team to contribute to the product roadmap.
What are we looking for:
- Graduate in Engineering, with post-graduation in business from a top-tier institution.
- 7-12 years of experience in strategy/operations consulting/digital transformation.
- Strong business problem-solving skills with a proven track record in building systems and processes.
- Experience in building systems and processes in a digital environment, particularly servicing SMEs, is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and hands-on, with the ability to work with teams across functions and geographies.
- Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
