Job requirements

  • Senior Lead QA - TEMS (B1) • Candidate having 10-12 Years of experience and proficiency in below • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories. • Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes for both new and existing products. • Collaborate with development teams to identify system requirements, understand software functionalities, and ensure quality standards are met. • Conduct thorough manual testing when necessary, including but not limited to integration, system, usability, and regression testing. • Document, track, and report defects and issues identified during testing, working closely with developers to facilitate their resolution. • Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement in quality assurance practices. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance, including advancements in automated testing, to continuously improve testing strategies. • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of QA documentation, including test cases, tools, and procedures. • Advocate for quality and user satisfaction throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product exceeds customer expectations. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. • Experience in quality assurance or software testing, with a preference for experience in the telecom sector. • Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript). • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly and concisely. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • TMF Open API's • Conversant and proficient in using Atlassian suite or equivalent • Ability to collaborate with remote teams • Strong communications skills • Exposure to agile methodology and working in SCRUM or pair programming mode • Adoption of best practices, coding standards and development practices to improve the quality of the deliverables • Ability to work seamlessly with globally distributed teams .#LI-Av1
