Sr. Lead Generation Strategist - Digital Advertising & SEO

As the Senior Lead Generation Strategist you will help drive OneScreen's growth by spearheading new and innovative lead generation efforts. With at least 7-9 years of
experience, your core focus will be crafting and executing result-oriented strategies with
expertise in Google and Bing ads, Hubspot, social media platforms, especially Meta and
LinkedIn, and a keen eye on analytics and SEO. Your impact will expand our lead funnel,
enhance brand visibility, and contribute to our overarching success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize & Execute Lead Generation Campaigns: Develop and optimize new and innovative lead generation campaigns aligned with our growth objectives. Also, leverage your deep understanding of Google and Bing ads, along with expertise in social media platforms, to drive high-quality lead traffic.
  • Digital Advertising Prowess: Plan, implement, and oversee digital advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and social media platforms, notably Meta and LinkedIn. Utilize targeted messaging, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to achieve optimal lead conversion rates.
  • SEO & Content Collaboration: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging content aligned with SEO best practices. Ensure content resonates with target audiences and contributes to improved search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Analytics-Driven Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators and continuously analyze data to measure the effectiveness of lead generation strategies. Present actionable insights and recommendations to refine campaigns and drive better outcomes.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and emerging practices in digital advertising, social media, and lead generation. Implement cutting-edge techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive lead generation efforts.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, with hands-on experience in Google and Bing ads, social media advertising, especially on Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Hubspot expertise, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-in experience
  • Expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams.
  • Creative problem solver with a results-driven mindset, committed to achieving business goals.
  • Prior experience in B2B lead generation is a plus.
