We're hiring a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join us! We're a proactive team, constantly staying ahead to ensure everything runs smoothly. As an IT Team, we understand the importance of technology in today's workplace and the impact that technical issues can have on productivity and efficiency.
Who You Are:
- You have completed education in the IT field or a technical university degree.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer.
- You have a well-founded knowledge of Google Workspace, AzureAD.
- You have well-founded knowledge of PowerShell and other script languages.
- Knowledge of Okta, managing, reporting, and integrating Apps.
- You can quickly adapt to new products and technologies and are eager to learn continuously.
- You are a team player and appreciate communication and coordination with internal customers and colleagues.
- Understanding of networking and ability to troubleshoot network issues.
- Knowledge of device management for MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Basic understanding of Network and how they impact email deliverability and authentication.
- Willingness to frequently help and teach other team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes within tools like Jira, Rippling, Jumpcloud, and Okta.
- Work closely with engineering and security teams to deploy and integrate tools effectively.
- Automate applications within Okta to streamline day-to-day operations.
- Must live in Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid position. Must be able to go in to our onsite office or warehouse on an as-needed basis)
Bonus Points:
- Admin Slack, Jira, Kandji, JumpCloud, and Notion are a plus.
- Network certifications and Knowledge.
- OKTA certifications.
