Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager

Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

Essential Job Duties

As a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager at BambooHR, you will lead the ideation, planning, and execution of integrated division-level campaigns that align with our marketing and company-level goals. You will work with stakeholders to deliver content/assets that help reach business, marketing, and channel objectives. Also, you will make sure that those assets are consistent with the BambooHR branding standards and guidelines. You will be a critical bridge between a number of teams from demand generation, product marketing, communications, customer marketing, and creative.

You will:

  • Serve as the division campaign owner who is responsible/accountable for on-time delivery of content/assets as well as the campaign performance.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance across all channels and placements. Then optimize so we keep producing winners.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and channel partners. Ensure campaign buy-in across marketing by facilitating great communication and collaboration across all marketing teams.
  • Assist with the creative briefs and creative requests to fulfill the campaign plan. Also, build out full-fledged media plans for internal and external channels.
  • Stay on top of marketing trends that drive success in branding, demand generation, and customer success.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing with a large focus on demand generation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns that integrate various channels to reach company and department goals.
  • Strong project management experience and skills (working with multiple teams on various projects simultaneously).
  • Strong understanding of the brand strategy and the ability to work with your assigned creative director to maintain brand consistency along with the content strategy for messaging and tone of voice.
  • Solid experience in implementing tests to optimize campaign assets and improve performance.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and pull insights using Google Analytics, Tableau or Salesforce.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of the customer journey from awareness to engagement to conversion and then post-implementation.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence with strong communication skills.
