Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.
Essential Job Duties
As a Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, you’ll own the ideation, planning, project management and execution of assigned integrated campaigns. These campaigns help us achieve our marketing and company-wide goals. You’ll work with your team members and others to create and execute effective omni-channel campaigns consistent with BambooHR branding standards and guidelines. You’ll be a member of the Integrated Marketing team in the Demand Generation division and you’ll report directly to the leader of Integrated Marketing.
This role involves frequent collaboration with a number of teams, most notably creative, but also including product marketing, customer marketing, sales, customer service, and corporate marketing. Your work will directly impact these teams and other individuals, so it is important that you have strong communication skills, a firm understanding of digital marketing channels and objectives, and the ability to manage multi-step projects involving multiple stakeholders and contributors. You’ll need to be great at building relationships, focused on KPIs, and be very results-driven.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Ownership - Owning ideation, campaign briefs, media plans, and creative requests. Overseeing kickoff, delivery, and launch of content and creative assets. Bringing innovative ideas to try and working with team members and channel managers to optimize for best performance and consistent, repeatable results.
- Campaign Reporting - Tracking and measuring campaign performance across all placements, and presenting campaign results in a dashboard/deck and/or group setting.
- Relationship Building - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and channel partners to ensure campaign buy-in across marketing. Facilitating great communication and collaboration across all marketing teams.
- Knowledge & Expertise - Staying informed and on top of marketing trends that drive success in branding, demand generation, and customer success. Being a reliable resource for the team and stakeholders.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 5-8+ years experience in marketing with a large focus on digital channels and/or campaigns that drive pipeline.
- Solid experience in managing projects and campaigns that integrate various channels and skills to oversee campaign timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to not only build relationships but to be an influential partner to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels.
- Ability to develop an understanding of the customer journey from awareness to engagement to conversion.
- Ability to work with channel managers and creative team members to implement tests that optimize campaign assets and improve performance.
- Data analysis skills to measure campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tableau and/or Salesforce.
