We seek someone to join the Industry & Solutions marketing team, focused on cybersecurity, reinventing legacy cyber architectures, moving beyond traditional SIEM, and building AI-driven next generation solutions across all cyber domains. This is a critical area for Databricks, as it represents some of our fastest-growing, highly adopted use cases and a significant driver of pipeline across the company. The solutions help businesses build trust through understanding, monitoring, and proactively preventing threats before they occur.
Ideal candidates will have a proven record of impact in the cybersecurity space, tech understanding, and expertise specifically in cybersecurity use cases and solutions. You’ll have a broad understanding of cybersecurity, particularly security operations (SecOps), the role of SIEM, and have a strong point of view from working with customers and partners on what comes next. Finally, you’ll have experience building strategies to engage cybersecurity personas, from practitioners to decision-makers, across verticals.
As an Industry and Solutions Marketer at Databricks, you will be a leader - guiding messaging, content, event strategy, analyst relationships, and GTM programs for cybersecurity leaders across all industries. Collaborating with teams across Databricks, you’ll drive thought leadership, create demand, and position Databricks as a key partner in data intelligence through content like blogs, white papers, and social tactics. This role reports to the head of Industry & Solutions marketing.

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
