As our Sr. Workfront Implementation Consultant, you will...

Work with the Workfront Solution Architect to refine enterprise-level solution architectures and implement them based on client requirements.  You will customize Workfront configurations to achieve the unique objectives of the client, while also documenting and performing knowledge transfer to client teams on implementation details to enable longer-term self-service and success.

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Utilize Workfront to develop sophisticated, enterprise-level solutions
  • Integrate new Workfront functionalities into client systems
  • Collaborate with the Workfront Solutions Architect to inform and align on solution architecture and necessary implementation details
  • Customize various Workfront components like request queues, custom fields, project templates, and dashboards
  • Support testing and ensure successful rollouts
  • Stay current on the Workfront product roadmap and new capabilities
  • Deliver client training sessions and clarify configurations when required
  • Experience with AEM Assets integration and/or Frame.io is valuable

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • 5-8 years of experience in Workfront configuration and implementation
  • 3+ years of experience in Software (SaaS) implementation
  • 1+ year of Reporting and Analytics experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000

Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role and are promoted to the next level, generally during salary review cycles that are posted in the employee handbook.
