Position Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HRIS and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is critical in managing and enhancing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and delivering insightful HR analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS management, data analysis, and reporting, with a focus on driving efficiency and accuracy in HR processes.
Responsibilities:

HRIS Management:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and accuracy
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and training
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS functionality and streamline processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner

Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop, generate, and analyze regular and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and policies
- Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support HR projects and initiatives with data analysis and reporting

Data Integrity and Compliance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and data cleansing activities
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Collaborate on the development and enforcement of data governance standards and practices

Project Management:
- Support HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on HRIS functionality and best practices
- Create and maintain data dictionary, audit guides and BI/report mappings
- Additionally:
- Participate in special projects on an ad hoc basis
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in HR or business related field, plus
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or 5+ years in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting
- Experience with UKG Pro preferred
- Advanced level Excel skills including macros, pivot tables, and some VBA
- Experience with Power BI preferred
About You:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Demonstrated competence in use of HRIS such as UKG Pro or ADP
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles is $90,000 - $120,000.
