Seeking a Full-Stack Developer proficient in enterprise Java development, API development, Python, and data analysis tools, with the capability to contribute significantly to our front-end development efforts. This role is crucial for individuals who are not only technical experts but also innovators ready to tackle complex problems. Your contributions will be key in modernizing our CI/CD pipelines and establishing development standards as we navigate through modernizing our tech stack and reducing technical debt. You will have the opportunity to shape our development practices, ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Java Development: Lead in the development of enterprise-level applications using Java, focusing on creating solutions that are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
- API Development: Design and implement secure, efficient RESTful APIs to facilitate application functionality and interoperability.
- Python and Data Analysis: Leverage Python alongside data analysis tools to enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.
- Front-End Development Contribution: Engage in front-end development projects, employing modern frameworks and technologies to ensure a seamless, intuitive user experience.
- DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Modernization: Utilize DevOps to drive the modernization of our CI/CD pipelines, incorporating automation, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud technologies to enhance development and deployment processes.
- Development Standards Construction: Work collaboratively to develop and implement coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to mitigate technical debt and support the tech stack's modernization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in full-stack development, particularly in enterprise Java development and API development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to front-end development projects, with knowledge of modern frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline modernization, including automation, containerization, and cloud services.
- Commitment to collaborative development and enforcement of coding standards and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset, and dedication to quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
