The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst FP&A to innovate, win, and grow with us. 

This role can be hybrid or 100% remote (Portsmouth, NH, Boston, MA, or Atlanta, GA only) 

As a member of our Global Finance Team, you will play a key role in the strategic financial direction of the company.  In this role you will have day-to-day interaction with senior leadership across our Customer Organization.  In addition to supporting financial leadership to the organization, this fast-paced role will be involved in revenue & expense forecasting, planning, budgeting, and reporting. 

How you’ll contribute

  • Partner with Global Delivery, Customer Success, and Global Support Leadership to drive strategic initiatives and performance. 
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across multiple product lines. 
  • Partner with the operations team to unlock value through incentive bonus forecasting, benchmarking, and KPI/Metric tracking. 
  • Build and maintain detailed cost models that link operational activities to financial performance. 
  • Maintain capacity models to inform expense forecasts with headcount needs and requirements. 
  • Support the annual long-range planning, operational planning and financial planning processes. 
  • Develop financial analysis, variance analysis & modeling. 
  • Track and analyze KPIs.

  • 4+ years of relevant progressive experience, software and/or payments industry preferred 
  • Proven track record of working with teams to drive change designed to drive efficiency and the continued growth of the organization 
  • Self-motivated, with a passion for continuous improvement 
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or General Business 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning 
  • Strong system and Advanced Excel skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines & independently manage multiple projects and requests effectively
