We seek a highly skilled Sr. Field Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring our prospects and customers have the technical resources they need to succeed. You will manage onboarding, provide expert technical support, and act as a critical liaison between our sales and engineering teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements with prospects.
Deliver post-sales support, ensuring seamless onboarding for new customers.
Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and match them with technical solutions.
Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations.
Offer strategic guidance and technical insights to prospects and customers during sales.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and the overall market landscape.
Act as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers to ensure their success.
Qualifications
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in field engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles.
Experience in implementing analytics projects for large enterprisesStrong experience supporting sales teams and managing customer onboarding.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
AWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud certification(s)
